Litigation
Sometimes the only way to resolve business or personal issues is to file a law suit (lawsuit) (initiate litigation). The preferred path of resolution to such issues is always reason, negotiation, and/or mediation; however, in many instances the time comes when the only path to conflict resolution is to seek relief through the judicial system. Wyndham & Associates law firm has experience in litigating many different type of civil issues in the courts.
Kristina T. Eno, Associate Attorney with Wyndham & Associates who specializes in Family Law, has a background in the mortgage industry and in real estate law, and the two combined have laid the foundation for her expertise in real estate law conflicts that have had to be resolved through litigation. Under her leadership, the firm challenged the 2008 Gilmer County Tax Assessor’s appraisal digest. Ms. Eno also deals with Probate Court and Juvenile Court and handles several different types of these areas of litigation including Divorces, Custody issues, Legitimation and Guardian Ad Litem cases.
In times when negotiation and mediation have been unsuccessful in settling law suits and discussion has failed to resolve the conflict between two parties has ended, civil law suits have brought the issue to a successful resolution.
Although not the preferred method to settle disputes between parties, litigation (civil law suits) can lead to representing your best interests in a lawsuit. Wyndham & Associates has the experience you need if you are forced into litigation in the judicial system.
